I came into Ashley's on a Monday morning, they weren't very busy at all. I was greeted by a sale person named john. I knew exactly what i wanted which was a Greg sectional. He went over their inventory with me and gave me a few sectionals to choose from. I was worried about the fabric and if it would be easy to clean since i have a small child. He gave me a good opinion on a sectional that would be easy to care for and clean. I am very Happy with my sectional and the service and delivery was exceptional. If you go with Ashley's ask for john he was knowledgeable, fast and curitious.

Terrible Terrible Customer Service from the people at Counter, the sell people, the manager, and the people on the phone. If you are looking for trouble then go shop at Ashley in Southcenter Mall area.

Was told delivery would take place between 2-5...wasn't delivered until 8:45. Unacceptably late. Should have refunded delivery charge.

Ashley Furniture not only offers spectacular furniture at a great price , their customer service is great. You need it, they will find a way to get it. Have problems with your furniture, they do whatever it takes to make you happy. They won't turn their backs like some other stores. Not sure what happened in the past but my experience was great. would highly recommend them.

No Problems here! I've bought two beds, dresser couch, recliner, end table and a dinning room table from Ashley furniture! If I need more Furniture ill be going back Thank You! Great No Interest Deals to! 6, 12, 24, 36 and 5yr NO INTEREST !!

Low quality furniture and bad customer service.



We purchased a dinning table from Ashley. First off, we found their sales reps to be roude. However, they seemed to have a good stay furniture. After the table was delivered, we find that the table was defective. Even if you put a glass of water on the table for a minute, it would leave stain. We called the store and they sent technician to fix it. Since he was not able to fix, they delivered the new table. The new table again had problems, we called them to let them know and now they are giving us offer to replace the table with something different for equal or less value. If we dont like anything then they will exchange it for the same table. But today I found that one of the chair is also defective, which they are going to replace also.



They have been professional about handeling the situation but I dont trust the quality of their furniture. Also, some of the folks that I spoke to on the phone were better than others.

I have never seen a furniture store with so much sales person trying to pressure you. Everytime we started to look at something different, a new person comes and asked us if we have been helped and starts their sales pitch even if we tell them that we have been helped before. Clearly they have a lot of sales person that has nothing to do but annoy customers and they don't know to communicate between themselves to check if somebody helped a customer before or not. After 8th salesman, we had to tell them to either leave us alone or we were just going to leave the store. Only after then they stopped bothering us.



Apart from all those, each sales person gave conflicting information. one of them told us that there is 10% discount in all items, the other tells us that it is valid for sofas only etc.



Pretty much they ensured that we were never going to shop there again.
