Based on personal experience over several months of dealing with human errors, rude treatment, being hung up on after reps fail to find necessary info and the overall bad client service received from a few of a number of reps at this local office.

There is an unwillingness to hear without interrupting, legit concerns created by reps in that office and also some generated by the glitches in the system which negatively affect monthly beneficiary payments and also caused many issues and delays with approved benefits and caused repeat removals of my info from the system.

I remain grateful there is always the national number to resolve genuine issues and concerns.

The folks at this office are not only unfailingly professional but are kind and caring as well. Wow! Can't say that about enough of the people who take care of the public, whether in public or private endeavors. Kudos!

I've had to use this office many times. I have always been treated fairly and respectfuly, no matter what my needs are. I am approx. 40 miles from the office, but it is well worth the drive for the excellent, speedy service!
