WELCOME TO PURE WATER WORKS!Located in Traverse City, Michigan, we sell, rent, assemble and service complete lines of water treatment equipment. We also design, install, and service equipment from Residential treatment systems at 8 gpm (gallons per minute) to Industrial processing over 1,000 gpm. We also have various systems to handle larger commercial requirements, as we have installed internationally in Mexico, South America and Canada. At Pure Water Works, we maintain a state-certified laboratory at the Traverse City location and have been a WQA (Water Quality Association) member since 1983. Most of our management and staff are certified Water Quality Association specialists. As an independent dealer, we offer the finest equipment and technology currently available. All our equipment meets or exceeds WQA or NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards for quality and performance. We also provide specific services for different industries, including commercial and industrial water conditioning, bottled water service and delivery, reverse osmosis water conditioning, UltraPure™ water services, and electronically-monitored, salt-free water treatment. Everyone's water is not the same. Pure Water Works believes the choice is yours and utilizes scientific analysis and a well trained, experienced service/maintenance staff with a combined 70 years work in the field to recommend treatment based on the individual needs of customers. I have been a raving PWW fan since 1999 and have always found the staff friendly and knowledgeable. I replaced the original water softener recently that PWW installed when I built the house back then. The new technology that PWW crafts to your individual water situation is awesome. During a recent visit to the business to pick up salt, I had a chance to work with Bill Siegmund himself. I would consider him to be the Doctor of water! He took the time to explain water testing particulars and even personally tested both the hot and the cold water from my house. We are lucky to have PWW in Traverse City.

My whole experience with Pure Water Works has been a NIGHTMARE! Customer service is totally non-existent. Don't expect anyone to call you back, even if they say they will. We worked very hard for two weeks to give Pure Water Works our business before finally cancelling and having Culligan take care of us. Contacted Culligan on Friday and by Tuesday the Health Dept. had their paperwork, the reverse osmosis system was installed, water was tested and we were able to move forward with our loan process. We wasted TWO weeks trying to work with Pure Water Works. No one would call back, they couldn't seem to get the required information to the County Health Dept. so we could even have the system installed. I was even told that the Project Manager would call me - that was a week ago now and haven't heard a thing. In looking at prior reviews (I wished I'd checked them first) it looks like poor customer service is a systemic problem within Pure Water Works and has not been addressed. My review: Pure Water Works = 0; Culligan = 10+.
