Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change

Incompetent and unprofessional would be the best thing I have to say about Denny at this location. I was forced to pay almost double what I should have been charged because he already had my oil drained then told me a different price. When calling him about it he cussed me out and hung up. Unbelievable that this man is employed

My brand new 2008 Saturn was in need of an oil change. My normal service station was no longer in business so I ventured over to the Pennzoil on 8th St. The man who was under my hood sprayed brake cleaner all over my grill. I noticed this when I was walking to my car later in the day. I immediatley went back to the 8th St. location. They informed me I would have to then drive to the Acme location to talk to the manager and see if they could use a cleaner to remove the stain. It was BLEACHED into my grill. As they told me to go through the car wash for free after the cleaning to see how noticiable it was, the manager had left by the time I was out of the car wash. The weekend passed by and no word. I called Monday morning to the general manager Traci and he said I would then have to go back out to Acme and give them my info (which I had already done). He said they would be contacting me back in a week. Needless to say, we are going to small claims court if this is not resolved by Friday. AWFUL customer service. Employees were smoking while taking my info. I will never EVER go back there and adivse my friends to do the same!!
