Located in Traverse City, Mich., the Central High School offers an extensive curriculum for students in grades 10 through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 400 students and is affiliated with the Traverse City Area Public Schools. It offers a wide range of courses, including English, language art, mathematics, science, humanities, science-mathematics-technology, technology, foreign language, music, and health and physical education classes. Its science-mathematics-technology has a comprehensive curriculum that engages students through participation in a variety of explorations designed to fully prepare them for success in postsecondary education and beyond. The Central High School offers a variety of athletics activities that include basketball, bowling, volleyball, wrestling, skiing and ice hockey.
