North American Title Company

I've hesitated on writing this review for awhile but the uneasiness that sits with me has not gone away. My husband and I have worked with this office on and off over the years and have had wonderful experiences. So good that we recommend friends exclusively to them. We were working with Janelle M. not long ago and decided it would be best to back out due to an incident that occurred with her assistant, Emily. I called in to follow up on an email that was sent with information from my husband and was answered by Emily. She was a bit hostile on the phone and rushed me to hold. I'm unsure of what happened because she didn't place me on hold and I could hear her discussing another client with someone else in the office, I presume. I could overhear personal and confidential information regarding this other person's credit score, job & financials. This other person also happened to be my referral I sent to the office. You can imagine my horror and disgust. I've worked with several officers in this office and have NEVER had this kind of treatment. My husband and I decided to pull the plug on the loan we were working on and unfortunately I can no longer trust that this office operates with ethical and professional standards required to deal with such sensitive information.

WORST Title Company ever they had three months to get my Title & recording documents ready and could even do it!! Since this was a short sale deal might be lost now since they didn't make the sellers bank deadline! I would not recommend this Title Company to my worst enemy!
