West Coast Fitness is a private personal training studio located in Torrance, CA, at the heart of the South Bay area of Los Angeles. We offer customized exercise and nutrition plans for ordinary people who want to improve their health by losing weight, gaining flexibility and balance, building muscle and strength, and recovering from or preventing injury. If you have tried diets and exercise without lasting results, found that women's circuit training stops working after a few weeks, and discovered that nationally known weight management programs are not often effective on their own, please call or email us for a free consultation. It is possible for regular people to get in good shape, even when other things haven't worked. We'd like to show you how we can take the guesswork out of exercise and nutrition, and help you implement changes that can last a lifetime. We have no membership fees, no long-term contracts or minimum purchases, and our programs are as little as $50 per hour (opposed to the 45-50 minutes offered by many others). Our facility is brand new, and conveniently located for most of the South Bay. We also offer in-home training for those who prefer it. We are confident that you'll find West Coast Fitness to be one of the best fitness values in the South Bay.
