Lone Star Steakhouse

Saturday night we made a reservation for 7 pm. When we arrived they had no record of our reservation. They suggested maybe our reservation was across the street at Longhorn Steak House. When I verified that the number on my cell phone that I had called was their restaurant, they just said "sorry, we have no record of your reservation". They didn't offer us a wait time or make any attempt to accommodate us. So, we went across the street to Longhorn Steak House and had a really great steak dinner. Thanx for losing our reservation!
