I just purchased less than 2 hours ago and I just returned from their store. I went back because I thought I was doing something wrong. What they call menthol flavor doesn’t taste like anything to me. They did explain that it will take a few days before my taste buds change but right now I’m disappointed. When I went back the guy told me that menthol flavor is hard to duplicate. Heck I thought menthol was menthol period. He did ask me to try it before I left when I was purchasing the device but he’d just had his hands all over the part that you put in your mouth so I declined. When I did go back he said I wish you had tried it when you were here prior to leaving. I didn’t because they didn’t have anything to clean the area where the person puffs the device. When I went back I took my own alcohol swabs and I cleaned it and had him try it and he replied that it tasted like Menthol to him. He did add additional menthol flavor to it but I’m still disappointed at this point. When I got home I had my wife try it and she said it tasted like menthol to her but she could only taste the menthol for a split second. She hasn’t smoked in 35 years so I’ll give it some time and maybe they’re right and it will take some time for my taste buds to change. I honestly thought there was more science to it than just grabbing the bottle and squeezing some I guess menthol flavoring to the bottle I had just purchased. He then refilled the e-cig I had just purchased and had me try it but I still couldn’t taste menthol. I thought they would measure the menthol by weight according to the brand of the cigarettes one has have been smoking etc. He did pull out the Alcohol swabs after I brought the subject up. It turns out they keep them under the counter and he put them right back under the counter after he used one. I was under impressed by this since you can get alcohol swabs extremely cheap from a distributor. I’ll make sure to update this review or write a new one after a week or so. I also felt disappointed the way he acted when I showed up to ask questions. He acted like I was there to ask for a refund and because I didn’t try it before I left. I got the feeling that if I had asked for a refund he wouldn’t have given me one. My intentions were never to ask for a refund as I simply mentioned I was there because I thought I was doing something wrong or it wasn’t working as designed.

Well it’s now been 2 days shy of a month since I wrote the first review that was deleted from the YP.Com website along with two other reviews that where there on 10/11/2013 I guess if YP.com doesn’t like the review or the customer doesn’t they can just delete the review. So this time I’m going to post the report on several review websites. As I said it’s now been two days shy of a month and I don’t recommend VaporMax. When one takes a puff it’s not like getting a satisfying drag. The bottle with the flavored syrup or whatever it is says 18MG which the salesperson said was full flavored Menthol. Another thing I only fill the I call syrup container at little over half full when I do and I started doing this because when I filled it 3 quarters full I thought I was overfilling. However even with the device just a little over half full I still have a problem with taking a puff and some of the syrup comes thru the cigarette and gets on my lips. I say have a problem with the Syrup if you will when I first purchased the device and Syrup/Flavoring it was clear. Now 2 days shy of one month since I purchased the device the syrup/device it’s now a light brown. The syrup was clear when I purchased it. I just saw my primary care doctor yesterday and he gave me a prescription for Chantix so I’m going to get the prescription filled today and see I’ll report back how do on it in a month. Buyer Beware!
