Everything said above is true. I was very impressed until I received the bill. We were there a little over an hour and they received over 6,000.00 from my insurance company and still want another $1,500.00 from me. I will never go back there again even though the care was very good. I notice they don't have a star rating the cost.

You will be charged an arm, a leg, a kidney, a heart, and a lung for even the most basic service. Do not use Texarkana Emergency Center. Matt Young is a big guy in the town but he will take all your money.

They are an out of network provider with most insurance companies . They they tell you that they except your insurance companies payment as out of network as full payment . So what they do is take the payment that your insurance company sends them , then they back bill you for what the dis allowed charges from you insurance company are . Do not go there unless you have the money to pay out of net work charges . There trick is they know it would not be worth hiring a lawyer because that would cost more then the 4 or 5 thousand that they are back billing you . Great scam !
