McDonald's

I am so SICK & TIRED of y'all passing out TEA that watered down if your out of tea then say so for the last 3days I have to take my tea back because you done added water to it to make it stretch til you get some made and what's so messed up the cashier called it SUGAR WATER so sad so that let me knew y'all know what's going on.....This a new day 9 24 2016 they gave me sum water down tea again this don't make any sense then the cashier just said you can just get your money back because I'm not making the tea unsaid ���� so I go 2 the one on 7th street and was very please and that's who will be getting my money

I eat at McDonalds on state line quite frequently and see this on almost every occasion , People parking in the handicapped parking places without proper tags or plackards. When asked to do something abiut that I'm told 'Theres nothing we can do ".My question is ; 'Is that the stance of Corporate McDonalds " not to do anything ?

Although the food from this restuarant is usually very good, I have experienced some bad things at this one restuarant. I have found some of the drive-thru people a little rude. My order has been wrong more than once, which means going back around or coming in. I know that does not sound like a big deal and on normal situations it is not. but, the drive-thru is supposed to be for our convenience not the workers. I have been working with the public for over 26 years and I know you do not always feel like smiling and being friendly. You sometimes want to give the people the wrong stuff just cuz' they made you mad, but it is still wrong. I wish they would take the extra 6 seconds to make sure you have all you ordered and if the customer does not sound like he/she is sure for them to help them. I know the menu has not changed much in years but that is not the point. Thank You
