        Best bedside manners of any doctor I have ever met. My daughter is an Occupational Therapist at St.Michael's and she was even blown away with how kind he is the one time she met him after my dad's surgery and she works with many doctors. Dr. Payne takes his time to explain and asks several times if you have any questions. Consider yourself lucky if Dr. Payne is your doctor! I know I feel lucky he is my dads doctor.
