Catfish King Restaurant

10-24-13 I am speaking for 7 people (different families). Over the past 2 months I have been to Catfish King, Texarkana, TX, 5 times. Every time I have told them crispy or extra extra crispy or just plain brown. NEVER was my order cooked properly. I received under cooked fish or raw fish in the middle every time. Upon mentioning this to friends and family every one of them, upon their own visit, said the same thing as I have.

They need to either follow the customers request as to preparing the fish or fire the cook and start over. I don't know who he was but there was a tall thin dark haired young man that was at the cash register that was excellent, he did a great job.

on 10-23-13 I visited this location again and the cashier was a mess to deal with, he said he had only been there 2 weeks......he was kinda rude.

Shape up Catfish King!!!! We want it cooked right. I will have to say the 3 times I've had the Country fried steak has always been excellent there. The hush puppies (roiund ones) were burnt.

I am getting over a flue and I was getting weak and hungry so I had gone to Catfish King off of summerhill in Texarkana, Texas they did when I got my fish 20 min later it was not done besides that I told them well done on the fish I take the fish back up to counter on 08/17/09 at 17:29 and told them it was not done and I would like them to cook some more so by law they have to thro the food a way and start over with fresh the lady at the counter and the black lady cook had argument about the uncooked fish the cook puts the fish that I did eat the corner of it and put it back in the fryer and I wated 15 min for my plate to come back to me same fish I did eat the corner off of and I am getting over the flue.. and my question is this why did she not start with new fish plate... go get em heath dept
