        Overall

        Absolutely horrible! I felt unsafe in my own house. He was rude to me, my husband, and even worse to the guy that he brought with him. He had only been in my house for 10 minutes and I asked him if he had any guarantee for leaks. He said he didn't and then told his helper to pick up everything and get out so "she can hire someone with a leak guarantee." He didn't say another word to me and walked out of the house and shut the door. He was clearly mentally unstable. DO NOT LET HIM IN YOUR HOUSE!
