4 States Roofing

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the service and professional job by 4 States Roofing. They follow through on everything they promise and are there with you through the whole process. Call and ask for Donnie. He was great in answering our questions and handling our insurance claim. We were shocked and ecstatic over the amount he was able to get for us from the insurance. He really knows what he's doing. These guys are fantastic.

I am so impressed with these guys.. I had my adjuster come out and look at my roof. He told me that I had only one, yes one, hail hit on my whole roof. The one that I could see from the ground. A friend of mine had just got 4 States Roofing to do his house so he brought one of the guys over and introduced us. He did a free inspection and told me that my roof was totalled with hail hits! I am calling my insurance company for a readjust and this time, 4 States Roofing will be there to make sure all goes fairly!!

My insurance adjuster came out, looked at my roof and I was not happy with the amount that he gave me. It wouldn't have even been enough to roof the house. I had alot of hail and wind damage. I called 4 States Roofing, Donnie came out and after he met with my adjuster again, the amount of my claim doubled! I am totally happy. I'm scheduled to get a new roof with no out of pocket expense. I'm a very satisfied customer and I recommend 4 States to everyone. Thanks.

I couldn't make heads or tails out of my insurance papers. I called a couple of other roofing companies but all they were interested in was how much my check was....I felt like I was getting ripped off so I had 4 States send out one of their guys to inspect my roof and look over my scope of loss. They did this for free. Turns out that I was right! My insurance company gave me wayyyyyyy too little. 4 States called for a reinspect and got me ALOT more money. Even found damage to my gutters and siding that the insurance adjuster conveniently "missed". Call these guys, you won't be sorry! I am one happy cowboy..

Wow, what great customer service! We thought we would have to pay out of pocket to get our roof replaced due to what some other roofing companies told us.
