All in Good Taste Bakery

I just want to say that All In Good Taste Bakery Texarkana has lost a customer who has been with them for many years....grey was used for silver...the music notes were falling off the cake..& off the wiring for topper the wire was literally standing alone as the topper....the topper was a GREY 18 NOT SILVER...it was HIDEOUS!!!.....not what any girl would want on her cake....absolutely SHOCKED ...they would let it leave the store looking so BAD!



..instead of putting song titles on small scrolls seperately they made one big UGLY scroll and the song titles were crammed together and not readable..this was huge and in the very front...and the writing was smeared on top of all of that..



.the colors were not the colors i printed and sent them, there was no cherry red used at all......I personally printed pics of what i wanted...on photograph paper..i also printed out exactly what i wanted in detail....IDK where they got ONE BIG HUGE SCROLL from....no idea...seriously.... there were no icing borders surrounding the album covers or pics... a couple has something on on two sides which look awkward.....and was smeared...or melting idk which



No bling bling....or silver sparkles ...nothing sparkly ...NOTHING ..and for a girls' 18th! BIRTHDAY....t just wanted up to the standard they used to be at....



The topper was absolutely sickening.....my heart broke when i saw it...



no courtesty call to let me know they would have to order what I specifically asked for to make the cake topper or silver decor....i would have never agreed to GREY...NEVER ...everyone that knows me knows i hate the color grey...when they lost Jacob Lee... they lost all their talent apparently...because the cake Joe got me for my birthday was hideous too...a white coconut cake with red icing and red roses....who does that....and it was bleeding red all over the white cake with white coconut...and yes folks....i HATE the color red too!



I am absolutely shocked...i know they HAVE DONE ALOT BETTER...so upset that i paid that much for this hideous cake that was falling apart and smeared and melted...and GREY....not SILVER....GREY for a girl's 18th REALLY....just so hurt and disappointed....never again..NEVER...no more cakes...I will just keep using The Great American Cookies - Texarkana from now on....

Ordered a MINNIE mouse cake off the website and what I received was nothing close. Ordered a white cake, the day of the party I was told it was butter yellow, when I cut it at my baby 1st Birthday party it was STRAWBERRY AND CHOCOLATE. Is 12 cupcakes compensation?? Of course not...*HEARTBROKEN PARENT*

I ordered a cake for my daughter's second birthday, which was Dora themed, a week before the party figuring that would be more than enough time to make a half sheet cake. When I called and discussed what I was wanting over the phone, I was quoted a price but decided to go up to the bakery to make sure that I was getting exactly what I was wanting and even brought an invitation that had a picture of Dora on it. To my surprise, the price I was quoted at the bakery was a completely different price- about a $20 difference! I went ahead and ordered since Bakerman just shut his doors. Not only was the cake not ready at pick up, it was an absolute mess! Dora (who I requested be made from fondant because I saw their terrible icing versions in their book) did not look anything like Dora! My daughter had no idea who it was. My kids could have done a better job constructing something out of play doh! You could tell that the people decorating the cake rushed to get something thrown together to sit atop the cake seeing as the cake wasn't ready when my husband and father went the first time to pick it up. Apparently the place was packed with people waiting on cakes. This baker is all about making a dime and took on more orders than they should have. Instead of taking the necessary time to construct each individual cake beautifully by putting their heart into it, they had way more orders then they knew what to do with, which meant that everyone there to pick up an order had a cake that was rushed at the last minute. I can't imagine what other people were seeing. Way too overpriced for what you get. I will be heading to Sam's to get my cakes from now on.

My mom got her wedding cake from here a few months ago and was disappointed! Her bottom later was supposed to be Italian cream, but instead, it was plain yellow cake!! And when she went to pick it up it wasn't ready! So after driving 30 min there and back to get it she had to pay for it to be delivered once it was ready. The cake looked beautiful, but a mistake like that is something you can't fix. Imagine cutting into your cake that you are so eager for everyone to try and it tastes like a store-bought box of yellow cake.

I was going to order my wedding cake here thinking it was a one time thing, since they assured me nothing like that ever happens, but after reading reviews, I changed my mind! If you haven't heard of "The Baker Man" on stateline, look him up! I've seen tons of great reviews and the pictures look great! I'm going up there tomorrow to order my cake!

The service is rude .. The older lady who decorates the cakes had attitude ... There store has no prices do when I would ask it seemed like a burden... Been there two times and left cause the older lady had attitude .. Walmarty got my buidness and was a lot friendlier..... The store was not clean... Flies were in the case !!!! Why can't Texarkana get a real backery again like do boys... Good friendly family restaurant .... Until we get a real bakery ... Super 1 .. Walmart ..cold stone... You get my business .....

THIS BAKERY IS AWESOME. THEY DID MY WEDDING CAKE IT WAS EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND MORE THE CAKE WAS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND IT TASTED AWESOME EVERYONE RAVED ABOUT HOW GOOD THE CAKE WAS.

This bakery had been recommended to me and although I thought the prices were a little high for what you get, I decided to give it a try for my daughter's first birthday. I cannot begin to tell you how dissappointed I was! The shades of pink that I requested on the cake was not right, they actually used RED instead of pink! Also, they used some sort of "edible glitter" to sprinkle all over the cake which in fact made it look like crumbs from something else had fallen on it! The layers were crooked. They assured me that the cake would be fine in the box they put it in, but during the 20 minute drive home, it slid to one side and the top layer touched the sides of the box...when we attempted to remove the cake from the box, the side that had touched the box, was STUCK to the box and when we moved it, it pulled the icing off so there was a huge gap with part of my daughter's name missing on the side of the top layer. There was suppose to be a big 1 on top of the top layer and they had "forgot" to make it. All in all, it was a bad experience. I will not recommend this business to ANYONE. As far as the flavor of the cakes, I really didn't see where it tasted any better than what we make at home with a mix. I am not convinced that they make these cakes from scratch like they advertise. Is that even legal??

TRUST ME WHEN I TELL YOU THAT EVERYONE HAS BEENDECEAVED!. THE FRESH BAKED CAKES THAT SHE SAYS ARE HOMEMADE AND NEVER FROZEN IS A BIG FAT LIE!!! SHE IS TAKING YOU MONEY FOR THE OVER PRICED CAKES AND THE CREDIT AND TELLING ALL OF YOU THAT THEY ARE HOMEMADE!! WHEN IN FACT THEY ARE NOT!! THE REAL CREDIT SHOULD GO TO BETTY CROCKER CAKE MIX!! THATS RIGHT TEXARKANA YOU ARE PAYING $42.95 FOR A HALF SHEET CAKE THAT THEY ARE TELLING YOU THAT IT IS HOMEMADE, BUT THE FACT IS IT IS A .99 CENT BOX OF CAKE MIX! iF YOU ASK ME IT IS A RIP OFF!! . AND I FOR ONE WILL NOT STAND FOR IT ANYMORE!!! MY MONEY WILL NOT HELP HER ANYMORE BECAUSE OF THE LIES!! SO TEXARKANA BE AWARE OF THE THINGS YOU BUY IN THAT BAKERY BECAUSE NONE OF THEN ARE HOMEMADE!! THE NEXT TIME YOU ARE IN WALMART GO DOWN THE CAKE LSLE AND LOOK AT THE BETTY CROCKER CAKE MIXES AND THAT CITIZENS IS WHO YOU SHOULD GIVE CREDIT TOO!!!
