Sycamore Terrace Apts

I have lived at Sycamore Terrace since 2012 and have no plans to move anytime soon. This is the nicest apartment community in Terre Haute. Quiet neighborhood with upstanding residents, management, and staff.

I recently relocated to Terre Haute for my job. I have lived in Sycamore Terrace now for a few months. I am very happy with my decision to live here. It was very hard to find an apartment with good reviews in Terre Haute. I can tell you that the problems that plague the other complexes do not exist here. The units are beautiful and well kept. The management office is the friendliest most professional I have ever worked with. Pam and Mechelle are a great team and we are lucky to have them. They take that extra care and step when helping the residents. The only downside is hearing your neighbors above (I have a ground level) but that comes with the territory and I wish we had assigned parking spaces so guest wouldn't take them. Otherwise, I wouldn't live anywhere else in Terre Haute.
