I ordered a sign back in Nov. 2014 and it is now March 2015. Emails do not go through, phone calls are not answered. Beware....my money was taken right away but no product. SAD AND DISAPPOINTED. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!

We have ordered 3 signs so far and each one has been great. Prompt communication, easy to navigate website, shipped quickly and we get lots of compliments on each one. We LOVE them and really like the fact that they are handmade right here in the USA.

Order placed early a month ago. Additional $$$ paid for expedited shipping. Funds removed from my debit account. A promised ship date. Multiple emails sent with no reply. Multiple phone messages left unanswered. Next step BBB. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

I ordered a sign a month ago and still have not received it. I have been sent emails saying it was going to be shipped on a certain date, and i requested a tracking number but was not given one. I tried calling them multiple times with no answer. Extremely unhappy with the service provided. I do no recommend this to anyone.

Over 3 months since my order and a dozen email exchanges... and multiple "promised" failed delivery dates ... and still no sign... and still no refund! This is horrible!
