I have received nothing but the best of service at Veterans Ford from the day I took possession of my 2011 Escape. I hope to upgrade at Veterans in the not too distant future.. Travis in service is really good at explaining what is going on with my vehicle and with keeping me advised as to when and how long a particular service will take. Marsha and Teresa at the checkout counter have always been very friendly and cheerful, and helpful if I had any questions about my charges. I usually call and want to get the Works pretty much "now". I haven't been turned away or disappointed yet. These guys are good.

Just an outstanding experience

My daughter went to Veteran's because they had an Escape the color and with the features she wanted. She didn't buy after a test drive, and I did. Harold gave me great service.

Oil and Filter change was very prompt and was done right.

This was our second time leasing with Vererans. As usual it was easy and smooth. The guys were really nice and went out off their way to make sure things went well and we were happy. We will be there again in 2017 - when my lease is up!
