I expected to wait while until they could work me in for an urgent matter for my cat Charmin. The day I needed her to be seen they were completely booked. We were seen right away and all of her care needs were attended to. The staff was fantastic. Thank you very much, I really do appreciate your services.

We have taken our dog to your clinic since we adopted her 5 years ago! We couldn't be happier each and every time we take her for her appointments. Dr. Adler definitely made the experience, expectation and comprehension of Poe's surgery a great deal less stressful than I had anticipated. Lisa is also always tremendously helpful and willing to help with anything I have asked or needed.

I am so glad that I found North Bay Animal Hospital! I never leave the office confused, uncertain or with questions unanswered, the entire staff has been beyond friendly, caring, very knowledgeable and reassuring. My dog always seems at ease and comfortable in the office and I cannot imagine taking her anywhere else! I am so appreciate of the care that they give her!
