I contracted with this firm's owner to refurbish fiberglass steps in a residential swimming pool. The completed project is completely unacceptable but the owner does not respond to e-mails informing him of the condition of the steps and requests to repair them. The covering applied to the steps leaks in several places and does not adhere to the steps, allowing water to collect between the steps and the covering. The leaking will worsen as time goes on. Anyone contemplating hiring this firm for fiberglass repairs would be well advised to look elsewhere for professional results.
