Food.

FREE CHIPS. First thing is a basket of complimentary home made potato chips and dip comes with the beers. These chips are better than the chips at Ceviche that cost four dollars.

The Cheese Soup was made of quality cheddar and other types as well and was sharp in flavor. Shreaded cheese melted into the middle of the soup leaving lots of strings hanging off the spoon as you dip into this deliteful soup.



The CheeseSteak because it is seasoned is better than most and full of flavor. The pork chop sandwich that we had time before, is also a good choice being fantastic.



The Macaroni and Cheese is home style and is a must everytime. Don't pass it up. It comes is a ramikin out of the oven, hot and made with quality cheeses of several types.

As a side or just two dollars. Wish it was available as a entree. A must everytime.



Deep Fried Oreo Sundae. Cookies are battered and deep fried into a crispy crust. Served warm on top of a gaint dish of icecream with chocolate syrup. This is big and is nicely shared with a loved one.



Ok. Just go there and enjoy. It is a sure thing everytime.



Service. Always nicely prepared and served. I ordered a Wisconsin Cheese Soup. Jim brought us two spoons. Nice. I ordered a CheeseSteak and Jim brought it cut in two and each on its own plate. One for the wife and the other half on a plate for me. Again Jim served us very nicely and thoughtfully. Ask if a particular dark beer was on draft and he said no but he would charge draft price for a bottle of it. Again very nice. Don't know if that will happen everytime?



The owner is hands on with the operation and it show up in every aspect of the restaurant, from the service to the food and the cleanliness.
