        My wife recently purchased custom blinds from this company. She had something come up where we couldn't meet with the installer called and left a voicemail unfortunately the company did not get to the installer in time so we were charged $40 for him showing up ,then my wife's grandmother sets up an appointment for the interior designer to get charged $75. Her grandmother cleans her house for 2 days expecting the woman to show up and the woman calls an hour ahead of time and tells her the owner of the company scheduled another appointment. my wife and I will never use this company again very disappointing
