Great company!!! Quick to return calls and take care if any issues I have. Kristin and Chip were extremely helpful!!!

1. Never answers the phone.

2. Throws a tantrum when they finally do return phone calls.

3. Never returns emails (Doesn't like to do any work apparently).

4. Extremely rude in emails and phone calls.

5. EXTREMELY CHEAP! Tries to pinch penny's at every turn. Replaced damaged equipment with old slightly less damaged equipment that still wasn't functional. (Even when it would've cost less then $20 to replace said item with a brand new item)

6. Takes an extreme amount of time to repair anything. (If they repair it at all, it's been little over two years and there are things still damaged that they've been notified about).

This is just stuff I've experienced in just a few months. Needless to say they should probably work on their customer service. Never felt like they cared one bit. It was always an inconvenience to them when ever anything had to get done. Always portrayed the façade of how busy they are. Even though every time I visited to drop off rent, or to inform them something was damaged it was a different story. To sum up this place is extremely unprofessional, rude, dishonest and greedy. If you are unfortunate enough to do business with them Godspeed.
