DO NOT RENT FROM PRIME SOUTH PROPERTIES!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! They do not return phone calls or emails, we had to replace things ourselves and pay out of our pockets. We were also BROKEN INTO!!!! We asked about crime in the area, and told there was none. Turns out suspicious activity is high. They did not warn us, not the neighbors when we our townhome was broken into. We had to tell our neighbors ourselves to let them know because this company would not.



Before signing a lease with this company, ask yourself is it worth fixing/paying for everything yourself on a rental property because they can't seem to "find the time?" Is it worth your possessions being stolen or even worse, your loved ones being harmed?



You will regret any binding agreement with this company.
