A total crook. Sold go a car, she complained engine LTE on, he said OK to go to SC in. She went for a we and as soon as she got back, engine died. Victor said tow it back to Syracuse and he would replace engine. Cost her $100 to get it towed. He decided not to fix it, never told her and then had it towed from garage, he told her to drop it at, to his car sales place. It has been there ever since. She bought the car so it was in her name and he had no right to remove it from garage. Even the garage was under the impression that he had ordered a motor but never did. We are taking him to court. He is one of the reasons that small auto sales places and owners get such slimy reputations. I hope the courts can see the real facts. Do NOT buy from this man! He took advantage of a young, single mother who now has NO car! I only left one star because it wouldn't let me give him NONE.
