Had a terrible earache pain/infection and was a new patient, got in the next day. Saw Dr. William Johnson and he gave me a very thorough exam, used special equipment to professionally clean out ear, gave me needed medicine... didn't even have to go to pharmacy to pick up as they provided. I normally go to Family physician for ear infection, but going to a specialist is definitely the way to go from now on for me. So pleased to have such professional treatment when I was a new patient. Most places would have insisted I wait several weeks to get in. The microscopic equipment used for ear was something not used by family physician and this may be why my infections used to get worse.
