        WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! Jason charged me $320 + tax for a part, when part went bad (under warranty) O'Reilly offered me $173 replacement, what Jason actually paid for the part!! A part that actually cost $173 and 1 hour labor charge $75_$85 actually added up to $574.00!!! He charges$75 for diagnostic fee, but unlike other auto shops, doesn't credit it if he does the work and also charges a $40 shop towel fee!!!!
        $574.00 for a job that should have been less than $300!!!! RIDICULOUS!!!

        Been going to this shop for a year. No problems. They seem honest and competent, especially compared to some of the others in the area.

        Overall

        Shop was unable to correctly diagnose a faulty water pump. Inability to diagnose the problem also lead to further mechanical damage on the car requiring additional repairs. Had to take my Honda to another shop to correctly diagnose and fix the problems. Customer service was mediocre to poor. Price was fair considering they charged the normal going rate for a diagnosis, only problem is they failed to accurately diagnose the problem. I do not recommend this shop.
