The guy work at the front counter usually charge me more than regular price rip off

Poor service price is unbelievable

I stopped by this been there bunch of times prior to my latest visit their attitude tend to suck how can you work in tobaco house but be angry all the time. I asked a question about an item the man spoke to me in speed meaning I could not catch what he was saying. Every time I tried to get additional information he began with :like I said:. He did to me many times before I gave up and walked out. Don't bother with this place.

They never pickup the phone the guy sold me a defective product and said no return policy what a deal.

Staff is rude hours are not followed as listed.

I bought a vape pen from this store that has broken multiple times in six months wouldn't suggest going here. The staff wouldn't even show me to load the vape or change the atomizer when the pen actually works. I have gone to the other shop that has actually helped me out..

The guy usually works there so rude whenever I call and ask something he says every time no no, I think he doesn't understand what I am asking because he doesn't speak good English and hang up.

Very disappointed I have gone there several times when I stopped there today it was nothing more than a cigar place. It used to have so many different things I used to look forward to shopping there but not anymore.

The lady work in the morning so nice but the guy works in the afternoon is so rude and don't know how to talk with customers and he doesn't speak english. They keep dry cigars and old products. Don't go there to waste your money.
