Welcome to chefs brigade catering kitchen LLC, located in Orlando, FL we cater all occasions from off-premise to corporate event, customized to meet your budget needs.we & are not just any catering, personal & private chef business, we are passionate about delivering sensational food and service to spice up your event, we will add taste, creativity & innovation to your dream menu, to insure that it's truly Devine, and Chefs brigade catering kitchen team can do anything from personal/private chef in-home dinner for two to corporate events & Please get in touch with us, we would love to come meet with you and we know you will be impressed & Step #1 you meet with the chef to schedule an assessment or consolation to discuss your food preferences dietary restrictions an food allergies, cooking equipment, plates and silver wear, wine preferences, lines, table set up, wine glasses, non alcoholic beverages, set up time and break down time. Step 2 You decide on how many serving/portion you want to serve. Step 3 We schedule a convent cook date base on our client assessment I will develop a customize menu from our sample menus that you choose and email it to you in a week in advance. Each meal is carefully planned and freshly prepared based on your timing and needs. are plans includes assessment or consultation menu planning and development, grocery shopping meal preparation, kitchen clean up, and trash removal. Its customary to pay for service in advance, cash or check now on the day of your assessment or consulttution I will collect a check for services . I charge a $45.00 assessment consultation fee and deposit of service , for food cost ,labor my time, traveling, and menu package and non refundable $85.00 up front, Deposti of service must be paid up front, we do not collect the money the day of service and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
