My experience with this facility has been a nightmare. I was accepted into the Voc. Rehab. program while going to a junior college in Jacksonville, Florida. The staff were great and I immediately started receiving the benefits to pursue my degree. I moved to Key West, Fl. and my file case was transferred to Mike Rolland's office in Sunrise, Fl. My first semester went very well and I received everything from Voc, Rehab. that I was suppose to get. I took a semester off due to health problems and when restarted I could not get any help from Voc. Rehab. Many attempts were made by me to include phone calls, e-mails to Mike Rolland and his office. The VA counselor at the school and the VA city counselor both tried to contact Mr. Rolland and his office with no results. t. I am on a fixed income and very limited budget.
