        sophie is a rescue and very scared of all people,She is a chauauha and had been abused, but she did very well there. We are getting ready to use them again. Yes they are great with our baby.

        We take both of our dogs (Duke & Lucy) to Midwest ALL the time. Scott is the main person we always work with--he is awesome! Our dogs love him and his kennel. They get excited when we get close and look back lovingly when we leave. Lots of community exercise time for "social" dogs (Duke, our "good" boy). He also has smaller "solitary" outdoor areas for less-social dogs (Lucy the JRT trouble-maker!). Very convenient location for weekend warriors travelling to the lake from the Kansas City area. If you call him 20-30 minutes before you pick up, they will make sure they have been let out before you get there. I have used a lot of kennels over the years and this is the BEST kennel I've ever used. We have been using them since May of 2010 and our dogs have been there 10-15 times by now.

        My Sammy goes to Midwest Kenne...

        My Sammy goes to Midwest Kennel every weekend and loves it. He is a lab and Beagle mix. Scott is amazing with Sammy. He has taught Sammy and me things. Sammy minds me much better, thanks to Scott,(the owner). When we hit the gravel rd, towards the kennel, Sammy goes crazy, he is so excited, he can not wait to get out of the car, and start playing with all of the other dogs. They have a swimming pool, and good shade for the dogs, Large area for the dogs to play in and nice size, cages to sleep in and very clean. The price is very very affordable. You have to give them a call,your pet will not be disappointed and either will you.
