Claudia's Housekeeping

I was supposed to get my house cleaned by this company. The first time I called after they were 30 minutes late, I was hung up on, then got a phone call back from another person and was told there was a family emergency. So we booked out for the next week and again waited 40 minutes with no show and was told someone would be by to do an estimate that we already had done. After I told the person that we already had estimate I was told "Ok, I will clean today, I got confused on my appointments". I asked her to be sure because this is the second no show and she hung up on me again. Very bad business!!
