We are committed to offering all our customers a friendly and knowledgeable atmosphere to help make their shopping experience a pleasant one. We aren't happy unless our customer is 100% satisfied. We serve Stroudsburg, Bartonville, Delaware Water Gap, East Stroudsburg, Marshalls Creek, Mt. Pocono, Shawnee on the Delaware and Tannersville. We will gladly travel to Luzerne and Lackawanna counties to make your wedding the most special experience. Delivery Policy: A local delivery fee of $6.00 till is added to each order, for each address, depending on town and location. U.S. orders must be received before 1:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are not able to accept international orders over the Internet.

        Gorgeous Work

        I have tried many online delivery sites to try and make simple and efficient flower orders over the years. The results have usually been good but every now and then I've had an issue. So I started calling here for my orders and have had amazing work delivered and received lots of compliments from various people on how nice the flowers I ordered where. My last few years ordering with them have been flawless.

        flowers were still not delivered for 3 days past scheduled. Florst claimed they called me and got no answer (untrue, I have voicemail). I was screamed at when I told them so. When I asked for the name of the business (I ordered through FTD), Tony, the owner yelled at me that he won't deliver my flowers and I take it up with FTD if I had a problem with it. then he hung up on me. Do not trust your important occasions to this business. there are other florists in the area. Go with a business owned by someone stable - especially if this is for a wedding day or something special.

        Firstly, we have proudle served the poconos for over 17 years. We are known for quality products and FRIENDLY service. We try to please everyone and stand by our products and our policies. in the case of this customer--this order was done through a wire service and the information the customer gave was not correct--which resulted in the non delivery. In addition, the customer was beyond rude and did not wantt o hear about his error--so we professionally cancelled the order and had the wire service send it through another shop. We are always here for our clients, however, we are not here to be abused by anyione--we choose not to deal with such clients. It is unfortunate--however, we did the professional thing and made sure his order was handled by another shop.

        I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE WITH FLORAL BOUTIQUE! I ORDER AN ARRANGEMENT FOR A DELIVERY AND WAS VERY HAPPY. THE VASE ARRANGEMENT WAS BEAUTIFUL AND THE FLOWERS WERE VERY FRESH--LASTED ABOUT 12 DAYS! THE STAFF WAS GREAT WITH THEIR SUGGESTIONS--WAS VERY PLEASED AND WOULD DEFINTELY ORDER AGAIN.
