I brought some expensive $220 Jordans in to have the rubber glued on the side - The ownwer of the store left unremovable marks on the shoes and glue was very apparent and left on the leather - He said if I was black he would not service me - not cool at all - Extreme prejudice

If you like price gouging, this is the place to go.

An 18" plastic shoe horn is priced at $10.00!

Checked online, and can purchase a package

of 4 of the same shoehorn for $10.00.

Store personnel are arrogant and bordering

on rude.

You need to take someone's bad experience with a grain of salt. These folks have been around "forever", not something that happens when you do lousy work or are nasty to do business with. This is my go-to place for Birkenstock sandal "freshening" and resoling.

Warning!!!!!!!!! I have to say that I was shocked from the horrible customer service that I got at Cavagnaro's. I basically told the owner to his face that he made a mistake and ruined my brand new shoes. I was devastated, and he refused to take responsibility and just walked away from me, telling me he will not fix the problem and will not speak to me anymore. I have never ever in my whole life been treated with such disrespect, and needless to say will never go back there again. Beware!!!!!!!!!!

I am more than impressed with their work I wear a size 15 boot that holds up my 350 lb frame, the only boot maker that makes boots big enough to fit me is Red Wing. I purchased a new pair of boots and after a month I could barely walk in them, so I went into Cavagnaro's to see if he could help and all I did was put the boots on stand in front of him. The gentleman that was helping me said that the soles of the boots are the wrong ones to handle my large frame. He replaced them in 2 days and I LOVE them I have not had a pair of boots feel this comfortable in probably 20 years. THANKS
