Helping Hand

Helping Hands CDC in Stockbridge, Ga is a fraudulent company. They are committing serious insurance fraud. They complete mental health assessments on children and adults, bill medicaid or other insurance and keep the money. They NEVER provide services to the clients, they just continue to bill. They DO NOT pay employees. They hire numerous "contract" employees each month. They tell you that you have to work 2 weeks in the hole before getting paid. So after a month goes by and your first payday arrives, you have completed THOUSANDS of dollars worth of billable work. They then refuse to pay you, return calls, or answer emails. They obtain personal information from employees (SSN, tax info, voided checks for direct deposit, etc.), and you never hear from them again. They prey on the homelsss. They bus homelsss people in from all over Metro Atlanta, promise them mental health, addictions, employment, and housing services/assistance. They drop them back off in the middle of nowhere and never contact them again. Helping Hands is a revolving door. They run the same scam from month to month using contract employees. The owner Veronica Arkwright claims to be a clinical director and she has ZERO credentials. She is unprofessional. She hires people to work with and be around children without even looking at their resume, doing a background check or even interviewing them. She does this because she knows that she is running a scam. She doesn't allow parents to come to the facility to drop off/pick kids up from the fake "therapeutic " camp that she's running. She tells parents that the camp is for emotional and behavioral disturbed children, and that they will receive therapy and skill building services during camp. Instead, they bus the kids in and teenagers babysit them at the park or movies all day. While all along they are billing medicaid and Veronica sits on her lazy behind (half dressed in front of children ) and collects ALL of the money. They also bill work for children/adults that they have NEVER met with. After she allows people to complete thousands of dollars worth of work, and refuses to pay them and then ceases all communication, she forges signatures/credentials in order to submit the work and get paid for it. She's pathetic and she should be in jail. Someone should call the news on her and her side kicks Tiffany Little and Mr.Perry, the fake business operations manager. Mr. Perry is her right hand (wo)man who helps her committed fraud and get away with it. They are splitting the money and screwing people over. They are using poor innocent children and adults who genuinely come in seeking help.

This company is a major ripoff, the do not pay their employee wages when they work and they seek out individuals who are homeless and mislead them that they are going to provide them housing which they do not. Once they come into the office they provide an assessment and take them back to the street. Currently they are billing thru this company called Raven counseling and refused to pay me because i did not complete forms from raven counseling however they forged my names and credentials on the assessments. 4 stars for crooks and no stars for appropriate consumer care.
