When my wife arrived for her mental health appointment, the owner, Demetria, felt that it was more important to pull my wife into the back to discuss my honest and accurate reviews of this business - which she did not leave - and is totally inappropriate when my wife was there for help. I called to discuss and was hung up on. I called back and was left on hold. Calls are often put on hold and not picked back up. Appointments are often cancelled or changed with little or no notice - or multiple contradicting time changes left via message and text. When calling to reschedule we are told to call back weeks later, and now we are out of prescriptions. They changed the rules and now patients that have been stable and on the same medication for 10 years have to start getting therapy at Apex as well. Billing is a mess.

I have been a client through APEX for a while. The facility is real nice and clean. The staff makes you feel comfortable when you arrive. They seem to really care about their clients like you're family. I would HIGHLY recommend the services .
