We decided to replace our roof because moss had started to grow and raise the existing shingles. The sales person,

Trenton, appeared to be friendly and competent. The roof was installed in record time. However, the workmen left chicken bones in the front yard which my dog got into and I had to dig the bones out of her throat twice. The flowers I had planted in the flower beds were raked clean out. We were assured that if we replaced the flowers and presented the receipt (given to Wes) that we would be reimbursed. After many reminders and eventually complaints we were never reimbursed. The worst is yet to come. Not long after the new roof was installed we had major leaks. One was upstairs and the other downstairs. It took multiple phone calls and three visits before the leaks stopped. Our wooden ceiling has watermarks on it that need to be sanded and re-stained. The ceiling has never been repaired. Once again,

we have had a major leak in the roof, this time in the back of the house. We called and were assured that arrangements would be made to repair the leak. We were told we would get a return call within 12 hours. That was 2 days ago. I called again and asked to speak with the owner, Raymond Ellis. It should be noted that our roof did not leak until R & R installed the new roof. We are still awaiting resolution to the latest leak repair. I feel the workmanship was unacceptable to say the least, why else would we have so many leaks? Customer service was less than unsatisfactory. I will be contacting and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
