We are a Southeastern Michigan based foundry that produces high quality aluminum, brass, bronze, and copper sand castings. Liberty Cast Products services the prototype and low-volume non-ferrous casting market. Since inception, we have set goals for complete customer satisfaction within our product line. Liberty Cast Products utilizes two different types of air set sand molding systems depending on casting size, geometry, and volume required. Both air set molding systems provide excellent mold consistency and dimensional uniformity that is repeatable over and over. We also have a Petrobond ( similar to Green Sand ) molding system in place that allows for efficient and versitile molding of unique items. From prototypes through limited production runs, Liberty Cast Products will meet your toughest aluminum, bronze, and copper casting requirements. From simple to complex designs, in sizes ranging from a 1/4 pound to 3, 000 pounds, we have the right combination of processes and skills to deliver the results you need.
