Never have i been to such a nice pawn establishment with amazingly CURTIOUS and friendly employees. I had no problem finding what i was looking for and for a great price!

Today a lady named Emily was extremely rude to a young man trying to exchange some dvds. She was unprofessional and threw a tantrum similar to what a child would that didn't get there way. I left the store without paying for my merchandise because of the incident she created. She acts like it's high-school and she was trying to talk other workers ino her nonsense but they were not biting. Emily needs to go, I won't and my family won't be back until she is gone!

Max at Pawn America fixed a frustrating situation with us today after 3 trips back to the store with 2 different defective DVD players. The third time back he took time to make sure our device was in working condition then proceeded to purchase a favorite movie of ours from his own pocket. Thank You again Max! We will be back and spread the news of the great customer service you provided!
