Quest Diagnostics

I'm having trouble getting Quest Diagnostics to file my bill with my insurance company! Terrible experience as well! Do not go there. Just trying to save you some big hassles!

In my endeavors to go get a drug screening, I was sent here. Supposed to be quick and easy. How hard could it be? Pee in a cup, I got nothing to hide. Upon arrival, I proceed to walk in 5 minutes before they closed. The lady at the front desk was nothing but hateful to me. She was hateful enough that I freakin' google Quest Diagnostics in Springfield JUST so I could leave a bad review. This lady proceeded to tell me how they couldn't start a drug screening this late... In a manor in which it seemed like I just kidnapped her son or something. A simple "sorry sir we can't do it today" would have been fine but NO this lady had to make me out like I was the worst possible guy alive. I'm pretty easy going, I would have gladly came back no problem, but it's when she got this attitude that turned me sour in a heartbeat. If I were a manager, she would be gone first and if she's the manager, I'll never go back, I don't care if that's the only place in the world that has what I need, I still wouldn't. Customer Service is the basis for our society and someone needs to get that through that lady's head. I have to go back in the morning and this lady better hope her heads on straight because I won't hold my tongue tomorrow. I don't know if anyone will EVER read this review but at least I got it off my chest and did my part to warn the next guy. Nothing against Quest, they seem to be a leader in what they do, but maybe simply talking to people politely should be the first rule of their company.
