Empire Bank has been our family bank for over 40 years and we welcome the Central Bank of The Ozarks as it continues in the proud traditions of a great and caring bank! I have not had problems at this branch but notice others without the required identification becoming hostile when they don’t get their way. We have to remember that banks are experiencing many new restrictions and regulations. Today I was faced with a debit card problem and I admire how quick this branch was to protect me from an unsecured transaction.

If you expect to find nice and courteous employees each time you enter the bank you will not be disappointed. However if you're having a bad day simply talk directly to one of the managers who will give you their undivided attention.
