Best Storage

The employees were great while I was using them for storage but when I finished moving everything out my card was still charged for a month that I was not storing there. I called to inquire about the charge and was told that though I gave notice I still had to tell them I was offically out. Speaking to the employee he kept tell me he needed to speak with his supervisor after a week of many unreturned phone calls and the employee telling me that he hasn't heard from his boss I finally ask his bosses name and number he mysteriously didnt have it on him. I would never use this storage facility again nor would I ever use automatic bill pay.

Easy to explain: Friendly people, cooperative, good rates, clean, gated, secure, easy access from 4am - 10 pm ... never a problem and always a pleasure to deal with. I've rented from 3 storage centers in the area and looked at several others. This is what it says: the best storage in Springfield. PS: See jeannette -- she's personable and professional!
