        I purchased a Queen adjustable bed by Reverie. I am pleased with the product, it is the service that I have a problem with. At the time of the sale I inquired about a headboard fitting this bed. I was informed by Mike Sullivan General Manager that a mounting Kit was needed and that he would supply it included in the sale , which he did. This mounting kit was the wrong one,and after repeated attempts to obtain the correct one,i was told well its optional and that I would need to pay for it. I did not ask for any thing for free it was offered free when selecting a bed. I would have gladly paid for it during the time of the sale. Now after weeks of trying to obtain the correct kit I still do not have what I need. In addition to all of this i was informed by Mike that based on the low price I should not be disappointed.Let me just say that the sweetness of low price quickly fades while the BITTERNESS of LOW quality REMAINS.
