        When we smelled a gas leak in our basement, Northern Energy sent out a technician immediately that day. The tech found the leak quickly, turned off the gas and came back the following day to repair it. I was most impressed with Tyler the tech. He was quick, efficient, courteous and friendly. Your company should be proud of the service that Tyler provided to us. We can't thank you enough. Give him a raise!!
