Head to Tail Pet Grooming

I have used head to tail for at least 13years for my cat. They do a great job and the prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend this business.

Great experience in April 2017, but then atrocious, horrendous experience in September 2017. Butchered my poodle...The dog is so hacked and chopped-up unevenly, that I am embarrassed to let him outside in the back yard, let alone to take him for a walk. They buzz-clipped the OUTER SIDE of one of his erstwhile attractive, fluffy flap-ears so that it looks like a tattered flap of suede or rawhide with some fringe around the edges (imagine a cocker or springer spaniel having the outside of their ears buzzed!)...and half-buzzed the other ear in a similar fashion. His rump has a weird, rectangular patch where it was buzzed nearly to the skin, but there are patches of hairiness on his rump, and elsewhere, just left clumpy: He now has a rump reminding me of a baboon. Everywhere throughout it is patchy and uneven, with sprigs and tufts of hair sprouting out from close-buzzed areas.
After they first called me and said to pick-up the dog as he is finished, they then called me minutes before I got there, to tell me the groomer had to leave suddenly, and the job is NOT finished after all and can they work on him some more the next day? (Trust me: Some of the travesties committed upon this dog can NOT be remedied, except with the passage of much time, to allow for the hair to grow out).
