Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical

Our AC went out on April 2nd and we were not looking forward to a long holiday weekend roasting in our house.

I called Berkeys Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical in the afternoon, hoping someone could come over.

Johnson agreed to come over first thing in the next day morning- Third of April.

He came on time and fixed it right up quickly and so perfectly.

He was a responsible and experienced repairman and also a great person.

The price was reasonable for the time Johnson spent working to repair AC.

Roger did a splendid job but then ALL of your staff/servicemen have done highest quality work for us these past ten years. Everything we purchased from you in the way of equipment works great. We always appreciate (and usually act thereupon) your technicians' advice. We recommend you to anyone who asks and to those who don't ask as well. Our son put us in touch with you when we moved here and for that we are most grateful. (our Cocker Spaniel DOMINO always likes it when your servicemen come to visit! He gave Roger lots of kisses today).

Our technician was extremely professional and friendly. We have been impressed with all of the men who have done the servicing of our units and will be happy to recommend your company.

Our service person arrived on time, was prepared to go to work right away, was friendly, and kept me advised about what he was doing.

Vint was awesome! He took time to explain everything to me and even educated me on the workings of an HVAC unit. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Everything was clean and better than how he found it! :grinning:

Everything was perfect. I received a call ahead notice of the technicians arrival about 30 minutes beforehand. He arrived, introduced himself, was clearly identifiable as a Berkeys employee, and let me know why he was here. He performed his work quickly and efficiently, making sure to wear his special pink booties to make sure he didn't track any dirt on the floor. He gave me a report on the condition of my units, made recommendations, and provided pricing. He also changed out a filter on one unit. I was informed at each step of the way, and was given pricing information in a timely manner. Can't get any better than this.

Wayne, was very nice and respectful. He completed the checks of the heating units within a hour of time. When he completed the checks he came to tell me he was done and everything was okay. Left every thing in tact. We have a home warranty on our home but we do not use it for AC and heating issues we call you to check and fix any issues we may have. Highly recommend your service.

My technician was able to diagnose the problem with my system, explain what was needed to correct it. It was able to get it working for the overnight and scheduled the call for the next day to complete the service. (this was approved by me as it was late when he came to my house and was going to take several hours to get parts and service). I was very pleased with the effort and the unit work overnight just fine

BERKEY'S SUCKS. I GAVE THEM A CREDIT CARD FOR ANNUAL SERVICE PLAN. THEY STATED THEY MAILED ME MY REFUND VIA CHECK. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY MONEY AND HAD TO CALL THE COMPANY 10 TIMES TO GET THEM TO RETURN MY CALLS. I WILL BE CALLING THE BBB OF DFW AREAS AND REPORT BERKEY'S FOR NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY PROMPTLY.

I have been using Berkeys as the "Go-To Guy" for plumbing problems for 15 years. The service and technicians have always been super. Service has been prompt, pleasant and efficient. I would readily recommend Berkeys to anyone needing plumbing service

You are committed to taking care of customers by doing preventive maintenance. Electrical, heat and plumbing service techs came out today and made me feel comfortable that everything was in good working order. BAM plan is awesome

While I was disappointed that a Berkeys-installed faucet failed after only three years requiring another expenditure, I was pleased with the willingness of the plumber and Berkeys to arrive at a solution which somewhat minimized the cost.  In fact, I think it is a testament to good management (and customer relations) that the field technicians are empowered to consider options given the individual circumstances of each situation.

I appreciate using your service not only for Air Conditioning, but Plumbing, as well. The techs are always very knowledgeable and courteous. I've never had an issue with that. Only once has my problem not been solved properly, but it was taken care of with a subsequent visit (difficult problem). I'm a BAM customer, which is awesome! I love being able to schedule tune ups without worrying about the cost and know that my equipment will be in good working order.

Tren Nguyen = STUD with regard to ethics, working knowledge, effort, and speed. He is quite knowledgeable about other subjects as well. I'll definitely use him again. On top of it all, Tren is polite and nice....clearly, his momma reared him well. He's a keeper!!

The Berkeys technicians are always very professional and knowledgeable.  The preventative AC and heater tune-ups are very thorough.  We have one brand new system and two very old systems.  The technicians give very fair assessments about the old systems and do not try to coerce the homeowner into buying a new system.  They give helpful suggestions that will enable the units to continue working effectively.  The time window estimates are very accurate and the office always calls approximately 30 minutes before the technician arrives.  The office staff is always very courteous and accommodating.  We are very satisfied with the service we have received from Berkeys for both Heating/AC and Plumbing.
