Dustin from Berkeys AC and Heating was courteous knowledgeable and explained everything well. Did a fantastic job. He had to come out twice as parts weren’t available that day for our 25yr old Lennox. He came back with parts next day and got us cooled off.

We recently had major plumbing issues and called Berkeys. I met with Daniel Barrett. He found the problem (work that was done by another company last year). He had a temporary fix so we wouldn't be without water for the night. The next day Alex and Ricardo showed up to do the new re-plumbing. We were very pleased with their promptness and professionalism. We would highly recommend them and would use Berkey's again.

Daniel did a great job...quick, professional and thorough!! He showed me how to easily fix one problem and replaced a leaky outside water spigot. Needed another spigot done too; but for financial reasons did the highest priority one first (will plan on doing the 2nd one tomorrow).

Richard our tech was outstanding! He arrived promptly, listened to us, told us what he was going to do and got to work. He completed the work for our tuneup as well as checking out the other things we had concerns about. He explained everything thoroughly. He was a true professional, easy to talk to and considerate. He was even friendly to our dog! Thank you Berkeys for the best customer service, as always!

Bryce was such a wonderful technician. He arrived quickly and looked so professional with the cleanest white shirt! He immediately assessed my situation which was raw sewage bubbling up in my showers and bathtubs. He immediately took over and within 20 minutes the problem was gone and the smell had dissipated. I am so thankful for Bryce, he turned a traumatic situation into a small blip on the screen! He made my day! Since I am undergoing chemo, he made sure that everything was bleached so I didn't have to risk my health! BRYCE IS MY HERO! Love BERKEYS!

After my last experience with a local HVAC person, Corkey and office people were a welcomed change. My complaint had to do with a high/medium pitch sound which was only at return air duct. Corkey studied the noise, determined it was harmonics, air flowing over grid. He went in attic to look things over. He suggested I replace the grid, since that would be cheaper then if he did it. Corkey did suggest an additional return duct to aid air flow. Best of all, Corkey waived fee for "consultation". Based on Berkeys first visit, it restored my faith in businesses. They will be back for fall inspection of furnace.

Roger was excellent. He took time to review my request (Nest thermostat installs), and then evaluated the systems thoroughly. He came back with an issue and a solution. After confirming the part needed was available, he completed the work timely. I really appreciated Roger taking time to explain the configuration of the current systems, the solution to the issue and making recommendations based on his experience.

Truyen is awesome! He is friendly, and most important of all, very knowledgeable. In case, he was able to assess and solve my AC problems within a few minutes; plus offered additional tips for enhancing my system. This is the best AC services I have received and experienced thus far.

Thanks to Dan for fast, resolution to A/C concern. I know its summer and very busy but he was able to arrive quickly. Good Job.
