        one of the opto tech named lin...

        one of the opto tech named linda has been very rude.at first me and my husband thought its just us,but I spoke to a couple of people that goes to this sam's location and has tried to call the opto dept for appts and other questions,and everyone has the same complaint.i hope the management will do something about this particular staff.
