The cornbread and mini muffins are marvelous! And the salmon entrees were delectably delightful!! YUM!!
The food was quite delicious and reasonably priced. I ordered the Harlem Burrito and it filled me up. The country corn side and the cornbread were both delicious as well.
We had multiple menu items including a starter, sides and main dishes. Everything was prepared properly, service was great & dessert looked great, but had no more room for food b/c they didn't have beds in the back to immediately fall asleep in. Highly recommend!
The atmosphere was clean, however the food made me literally sick, as soon as I finished eating I started to feel like I was going to have a upset stomach. On my way home I started sweating and started having stomach cramps, and vomiting. My husband had the same meal I had and he had nausea and diarrhea. We where sick for 3 days, it was a horrible experience. We had fried chicken, collard greens, cornbread, beans and rice. The quality of the food was average, nothing special... Ate it cause I paid for it...
I been comming here forever and it always brings back wonderfull memories of the time I was here before. Love the appearance it's wonderfull.

Service was super friendly and attentive. With food allergies, they went out of their way to make sure I ordered a safe choice and didn't feel like a pain about it at all.
Tried the Bayou Trio which was new. DELISH!! Also tried the tempura shrimp, short ribs, pork chop, sweet potatoes, collard greens and country corn. All amazing!!

It doesn't get any better than this!! Everything was excellent. I can't think of any way to make the experience any better. So authentic I almost believed my Grandma was in their kitchen!!
